Network Security Support Engineer

Network security expertise drives this Diamond Services Engineer position at Check Point, supporting customers through hybrid networks, VPNs, and technical troubleshooting. Two weekly office days apply where required.

The engineer supports customer environments through installations, implementations, maintenance, and education. Strong business and technical communication supports interactions with clients at engineering and management levels. The position also develops product troubleshooting knowledge and industry-standard technology expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interface with clients at engineering and management levels
• Support customer installations and implementations
• Deliver customer maintenance and technical education
• Resolve product-related issues for customers and resellers
• Travel occasionally to United States and Canada sites

Requirements:

• Five to eight years of relevant security experience
• Experience analyzing traffic with Wireshark
• Understanding of TCP and UDP protocol connections
• Knowledge of ARP, VoIP, OSPF, and BGP
• Ability to read and develop simple Bash scripts

Use networking analysis, routing knowledge, and customer support skills to resolve Check Point product issues across technical environments.
