Maintenance Scheduler at Winland Foods

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities effectively
• Manage work orders and prevent backlog
• Develop preventive maintenance programs actively
• Serve as a CMMS Super User for the team
• Liaise between Operations and Maintenance teams
Requirements:
• 5+ years in maintenance or operations
• High school diploma/GED; technical degree preferred
• Strong knowledge of scheduling principles
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
