You will be integral to geotechnical characterization assignments, working closely with global teams on various aspects, from preliminary studies to full project execution. The role emphasizes collaboration under the guidance of Senior Consultants and provides exposure to both surface and underground mine design contexts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Consult on geotechnical projects for international clients
• Apply rock mechanics to engineering challenges
• Conduct logging, mapping, and characterization tasks
• Work effectively within multi-disciplinary teams
• Travel for on-site project needs
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of relevant experience required
• Practical experience in geotechnical methodologies preferred
• Familiarity with numerical modelling software advantageous
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Must be willing to relocate to Vancouver
