Kohl's Retail Store Manager

Lead Kohl's store performance through people management and customer service expertise while driving sales, profitability, and operational execution. As Store Manager, you provide oversight and leadership for the entire store team. You teach, coach, and develop associates in service, merchandising, and operations. You guide financial plans, manage staffing, and deliver results through strategic decisions and consistent leadership. Key Responsibilities:
