Automotive Customer Service Representative

Deliver exceptional customer service for Assured Automotive through phone, email, and in-person interactions while supporting collision repair administration.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage customer and insurance partner relationships for a repair facility. Schedule vehicle repairs, process assignments, prepare documentation, and record communications using ASE. The position requires effective communication, accuracy, and strong knowledge of Google platform and Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly service by phone, email, and in person
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using the repair management system
• Process insurance assignments promptly for repair facilities
• Prepare repair orders with accurate supporting documentation
• Record customer and insurance communications using ASE

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Minimum one year of customer service experience
• Automotive industry experience ideally preferred
• Strong Google platform and Microsoft Office knowledge
• Valid driver's license required
