As an Electrical Engineering Designer - L1, you will design transformers and reactors from simple to high complexity. The work includes reviewing application requirements, making technical decisions, and developing cost-effective solutions. You will also support drafting, manufacturing, quality assurance, and customers while meeting project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design medium-complexity transformers and reactors using existing rules
• Clarify application requirements and discuss suggestions with customers
• Prepare technical quotes and factory cost particulars
• Optimize designs and manufacturing information packages for orders
• Support drafting, manufacturing, customers, and quality assurance

Requirements:

• Electrical Engineering degree or Electrical Engineering Technologist qualification
• Three to five years designing transformers and related products
• Firm understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals
• Working toward or eligible for Professional Engineering designation
• Engineering calculations, stress analysis, programming, and Microsoft Office experience
