JOB DUTIES

• To implement new administrative procedures
• To review and evaluate new administrative procedures
• To delegate work to office support staff
• To establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
• To carry out administrative activities of establishment
• To co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
• To assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
• To assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
• To perform data entry
• To train staff
• To oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
• To resolve conflict situations
• To monitor and evaluate
• To plan and control budget and expenditures
