Cando Rail & Terminals seeks a Project Manager/Project Engineer - Infrastructure Development to lead end-to-end planning and execution of multiple capital rail projects across Canada. This role reports to the General Manager of Infrastructure Development and involves managing safety, budgets, schedules, design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and progress reporting for railway infrastructure projects in North America.
