Hydraulic Assembler

Manpower is currently hiring Assemblers In Cambridge to work with agrowing team.

Job Duties :

• Setting up and maintaining shop tools and equipment;
• Reading, understanding and interpreting blueprints;
• Proficiency with hand and power tools, cranes, compressors; running wiring
• Attaching various body components;
• Installing electrical wiring, hydraulic systems and compressors;
• Problem resolution for various systems during the installation phase;
• Coaching and mentoring other employees;
• Running electrical wire and hooking wire harnesses;
• Using crane and rigging equipment efficiently and safely;
• Working both independently and in a team environment.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to work full time Monday to Friday
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Own hand tools
• Ability to read blueprints
• High school diploma- or equivalent
• Ability to pass background check
• Experience with electrical or hydraulics and PTO
