Manufacturing Production Manager Abbotsford

Lead manufacturing efficiency, quality, and output as Production Manager with North West Rubber in Abbotsford. Guide teams and continuous improvement.

This experienced production leadership position oversees day-to-day operations at North West Rubber. You will optimize workflows, manage resources and costs, resolve production issues, and uphold health, safety, and performance standards. The role reports to the Plant Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily production output, quality, and efficiency
• Optimize workflows and identify efficiency improvements
• Lead long-term improvement and root cause initiatives
• Coach Supervisors and Team Leaders through development
• Manage resources, budgets, costs, and KPI reporting

Requirements:

• Relevant college diploma or equivalent work experience
• Eight to ten years industrial manufacturing experience
• Five years direct supervisory experience
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and planning skills
• Computer proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
