Role Overview
- Position: Services Representative for CCBO Payments Operations
- Department: Centralized wire hub
- Primary responsibility: First line of defense for wire payment processing
Key Responsibilities
- Transaction Processing
- Fulfill transactions accurately and on time
- Perform audits and reconciliations
- Address discrepancies and escalated issues
