Coordinate construction projects in Edmonton using MS Project, construction drawings, and strong communication skills in a full-time office position. Support CASMAN projects from bidding through turnover while coordinating technical details, documentation, and project teams.
As a Project Coordinator, you will support construction work across pre-construction, active delivery, and closeout. You will work with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, internal teams, and site staff. The work combines technical coordination, design-focused collaboration, project administration, and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support construction projects from bidding through turnover
- Coordinate RFIs, submittals, and contract change documentation
- Assist with schedules, scopes, and subcontract documentation
- Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and consultant deliverables
- Track costs, control documents, and prepare project reports
Requirements:
- Minimum two-year post-secondary Construction Engineering education
- Strong construction drawing interpretation ability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Project and Microsoft Office
- Edmonton base, driver’s license, vehicle, and site travel availability
