As a PartsPro Team Lead, you will identify suitable automotive parts solutions, process transactions, and communicate product features, benefits, and warranties. You will also guide staff, delegate tasks, and oversee operations when management is absent. The position requires retail supervision experience, automotive knowledge, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify parts through operating systems and vendor platforms
• Sell suitable automotive parts solutions and process transactions
• Coach new or junior staff members
• Delegate tasks and provide management performance feedback
• Open and close the store when management is absent

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems
• One to three years of supervisory retail experience
• Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Point-of-sale and computer systems proficiency
