Business Intelligence Consulting Intern

Build business intelligence skills at RSM through client-facing consulting, dashboard development, and data analysis in a hybrid workstyle. Travel to assigned client locations may reach 25%.

As a Business Intelligence Consulting Intern, you will support RSM clients and engagement teams across businesses and industries. You will gain hands-on client experience while delivering solutions, documenting requirements, and learning technologies. The work calls for problem solving, creativity, detail orientation, and effective collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute solution delivery engagements for RSM clients
• Define, refine, and document client requirements
• Build reports, dashboards, and scorecards using varied tools
• Support existing clients and engagement teams
• Develop demonstration scenarios and prototypes

Requirements:

• Pursuing a relevant bachelor's or master's degree
• Complete 90 credit hours at an accredited university
• Develop proficiency with SQL Server reporting and integration tools
• Use data visualization tools, dashboards, and strong Excel fundamentals
• Apply T-SQL, data modeling, and critical problem-solving skills
