Retail Floor Supervisor Key Lead

Lead retail floor execution as a Key Lead, using customer focus, communication, and sales skills to support daily store performance.

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. seeks a Key Lead for its store leadership team. You will act as Floor Supervisor while guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates. The work combines customer experience, team achievement, register operations, product knowledge, and visual displays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform store opening and closing routines
• Operate register and point of sale systems
• Fulfill omnichannel orders
• Guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates
• Drive daily sales through customer experience

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• At least one year of retail experience preferred
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication, initiative, and confidence
• Availability Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays
