Holiday Season Banquet Server

Deliver superior customer service as a Banquet Server supporting Coast Hotel’s holiday-season catering and convention events. Work across varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Reporting to the Catering & Convention Manager, you will uphold Coast Hotel’s quality standards within the food and beverage department. The work includes room setup, event service, breakfast-bar support, guest requests, and cleaning. Strong communication, a professional attitude, and physical ability are important.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and handle basic enquiries as a Coast ambassador
• Service catering events according to Banquet Event Orders
• Set up, tear down, and clean function rooms
• Prepare, stock, and set out food and beverages
• Check guest satisfaction and follow up on requests

Requirements:

• Serving It Right certificate required
• Hepatitis A vaccination mandatory
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
