Key Responsibilities:

• Zone shelves, tables, and bunkers with merchandise correctly located
• Rotate stock and check products for expiration dates
• Take deli orders and prepare requested hot food merchandise
• Prepare chicken, side dishes, and deli food orders
• Thaw and bake bakery merchandise following established guidelines

Requirements:

• Follow food handling and cold chain compliance standards
• Record temperatures and complete thermometer calibrations
• Apply ordering, clearance, markup, and markdown procedures
• Ensure merchandise receives accurate signs, prices, and labels
• Follow product rotation, sell-by, and expiration date procedures
