Serve TD customers in Sault Ste Marie through banking advice, service transactions, and digital education in a branch setting. Help resolve financial needs with care.

As a Personal Banking Associate at TD Canada Trust, you will build lasting customer relationships and guide people toward suitable banking solutions. Your work includes new accounts, investment advice, problem resolution, and referrals to appropriate colleagues or partners. You will also support branch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers through advice, transactions, and digital education
• Understand needs and guide customers to appropriate contacts
• Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
• Support scheduled cash and non-cash transactions
• Complete accurate processes, documentation, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• High School diploma or one-plus years relevant experience
• Complete IFC or equivalent within 90 days
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
• Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
• Strong communication, organization, planning, and time management skills
