Human Resources Business Partner Ontario

Guide people strategy across CarePartners with HR generalist expertise and employment legislation knowledge in a hybrid Ontario role. Support leaders and employees across assigned client groups.

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will advise leaders at all levels while aligning business objectives with HR programs, policies, and support. You will serve as the primary contact for people matters, drawing on experience in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide HR generalist support and leader coaching
• Advise client groups on people management strategies
• Manage employee relations fairly and compliantly
• Interpret collective agreements and lead grievance processes
• Analyze HR data and support people-related projects

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or related field
• Three to five years across multiple HR disciplines
• Strong employment legislation knowledge and sound judgment
• Strong relationship, influencing, analytical, and communication skills
• Clear Background Check
