Light Duty Building Cleaner

Use vacuuming and floor-care skills as a Light Duty Cleaner maintaining designated building areas through routine cleaning tasks.

This Light Duty Cleaner performs general custodial requirements and related assigned duties. The work includes cleaning equipment operation, washroom servicing, waste removal, and common-area care. Previous cleaning experience is an asset, with communication and physical ability required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean designated building areas through general custodial tasks
• Vacuum carpets and perform spot cleaning
• Sweep and mop floors and common areas
• Restock soap, towels, tissue, and sanitary napkins
• Complete periodic equipment checks and follow safety procedures

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience is an asset
• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Use cleaning equipment, including I-mop and vacuum
• Demonstrate reliability, motivation, and enthusiasm
• Physically able to carry out position duties
