Ledcor seeks an experienced Assistant Superintendent ready for greater leadership responsibility in field operations. Your background may include highway maintenance, civil infrastructure, or construction. Working closely with Superintendents and Supervisors, you will coordinate crews and subcontractors. You will also manage schedules and productivity across assigned work. The position supports safe, quality-focused completion of highway projects across two provinces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support highway maintenance and construction operations across Alberta and British Columbia
- Coordinate crews and subcontractors with Superintendents and Supervisors
- Manage project schedules and workforce productivity
- Ensure work meets safety and quality standards
- Travel and stay at project locations for extended periods
Requirements:
- Experience as a field professional
- Background in highway maintenance, civil infrastructure, or construction
- Readiness to assume greater leadership responsibility
- Ability to undertake significant travel
- Availability for extended project-location stays
