Key Responsibilities:

• Process account transactions for business and retail members
• Deliver deposit and investment products, including registered services
• Process overdrafts within policy and authorized limits
• Handle initial estate-related inquiries and documentation

Requirements:

• Secondary school diploma
• Approximately two years of related financial institution experience
• Member Service Representative experience or equivalent
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Computer literacy with keyboarding, email, Word, and Excel
