Server (Barista/Bartender)

We are seeking an energetic, service-focused Server to join our team. This role is key in creating memorable guest experiences by delivering high-quality food and beverages with warm, attentive, and professional service. You will help create “I-can’t-believe-they-did-that” moments for every guest by anticipating needs, maintaining a positive attitude, and upholding our service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring an outstanding food & beverage experience.
• Making coffees, beverages including cocktails, beer, wine etc and food service.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver items in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including removing used dishes, wiping tables, and assisting with general cleaning duties.
• Support back-of-house operations as needed, including dishwashing.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a smooth and efficient service environment.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience is an asset, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valuable.
• ProServe and Food Safety Handling certification (required; can be obtained upon starting the role).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
