Requirements:

• Complete an accredited Medical Laboratory Technology program
• Hold or qualify for CMLTA registration and practice permit
• Have one year hematology and chemistry experience within five years
• Have recent phlebotomy experience within five years
• Transfusion Medicine and Connect Care experience are assets
