Ontario Driver Licence Service Agent

Serve applicants through Ontario Driver’s Licence services using customer service, document assessment, and clear communication skills at Serco Canada Inc.

As a Customer Service Agent, you evaluate eligibility, assess identity documents, and provide information for all licence classes. You support fair issuance through testing, transactions, records, and applicant assistance. The position requires sound judgement, computer skills, and knowledge of applicable Highway Traffic Act sections, regulations, legislation, and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate eligibility for Ontario Driver’s Licence applications
• Assess identity documents for validity
• Conduct vision, photography, and knowledge testing
• Schedule road tests and issue temporary licences
• Investigate driver record problems and initiate corrections

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid Ontario Class G driver’s licence
• Two years of demonstrated excellent customer service experience
• Intermediate computer skills
• Successful completion of Customer Service Agent training
