Mechanical Engineering Intern Victoria

Apply mechanical thinking and Revit skills as an intern with Introba in Victoria, BC, working in a hybrid building-engineering setting.

Introba seeks an intern for its four-month Summer 2027 program in the Victoria office. You will assist engineers and engineering staff with project support, developing practical experience in mechanical building systems and sustainable design. The work includes Revit, AutoCAD, HVAC, Fire Protection, and Plumbing drafting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, digitize, organize, and refine Revit and AutoCAD drawings
• Support HVAC, Fire Protection, and Plumbing drafting tasks
• Apply Introba design checklists and established drawing standards
• Maintain and update files throughout each project lifecycle
• Coordinate mechanical requirements with other building systems

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing an applicable bachelor's or college technology program
• Familiarity with Revit and AutoCAD
• Ability to think mechanically or demonstrate mechanical inclination
• Passion for mechanical building systems and sustainable design
• Strong organization, communication, and time management skills
