Retail Operations Manager Cosmetics

Manage retail operations, cosmetics, and customer experience at Shoppers Drug Mart in LaSalle, Ontario. Apply planning and financial judgment daily.

As Front Store Manager, you will manage every Front Store area except Pharmacy while supporting store performance. The work includes maintaining standards, coordinating staffing, using Work Force Management, and improving labour productivity. You will also develop department goals, execute efficiency strategies, and ensure targets are met through informed decisions.

Requirements:

• At least five years of retail management experience
• Planning and preparation skills for Inventory Management
• Sound judgment for expense control and decisions
• Efficient time management and organization skills
• Ability to work effectively with management teams
