Assistant Front End Service Manager

Lead front-end service with customer care and operational performance as an Assistant Service Manager at Farm Boy. Support a welcoming fresh shopping experience.

As a key front-end leadership team member, you work alongside the Department Manager at Farm Boy. You help execute department strategies, develop teams, protect financial assets, and maintain accountable operations. Your work supports exceptional service and community-focused retail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service across the front end
• Partner with the Department Manager on department strategies
• Train, coach, motivate, and recognize team members
• Lead huddles sharing goals, achievements, and product knowledge
• Support cash controls, scheduling, overrides, and daily operations

Requirements:

• Passion for engaging and exceptional customer service
• Business post-secondary education and one year supervisory experience
• Smart Serve certification or willingness to obtain within six months
• Strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and mathematical skills
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
