As a Sales Associate, you will provide personalized customer service while supporting product selection, promotions, transactions, and inventory. The position suits applicants with retail, sales, or customer service experience. You will stay informed about Asian beauty products and trends, communicate clearly, and adapt to changing customer and inventory needs. You will also support store standards and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and deliver friendly, professional shopping experiences
• Assess needs and recommend products using product knowledge
• Explain promotions and process transactions through point-of-sale systems
• Manage inventory receiving, organization, counts, and discrepancies
• Maintain product presentation, store setup, cleanliness, and safety

Requirements:

• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Enthusiasm for Asian beauty products, trends, and learning
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Basic math skills for inventory counts and cash transactions
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and use step stools
