Night Shift Forklift Shipper

Night shift shipping work centers on forklift operation, product packaging, and accurate documentation in a warehouse and production environment. Support IEM production operations overnight.

The Shipper prepares afternoon-released product for morning loading. This role supports production ramp volumes at VAN 6 while reducing the Ready-for-Wrap backlog. Duties include shipping preparation, packaging, labeling, product handling, and material movement. Computer skills are not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull afternoon-released product from the production floor
• Document and package units to IEM standards
• Position completed units for morning loading
• Operate electric pallet jacks and Class 1 and 4 forklifts
• Follow quality, safety, and production procedures

Requirements:

• Forklift experience with Class 1 and Class 4 equipment
• Ability to lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to packaging and product-handling details
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Punctual, reliable, and professional work approach
