Entry Level CNC Machine Operator

Operate CNC milling and lathe equipment on the continental night shift with Adecco in Markham, Ontario, while developing precision manufacturing skills.

This permanent, full-time entry-level position suits mechanically inclined candidates with attention to detail and quality. You will read blueprints, inspect parts, document production, and follow manufacturing procedures. Training is provided for this existing vacancy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC milling machines, lathes, and production equipment
• Operate saw equipment and support production activities
• Read blueprints and routing sheets accurately
• Inspect parts using measuring and inspection equipment
• Complete production, quality, SPC, and timesheet documentation

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Basic computer, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Availability for continental night shift work
