Wellness Customer Experience Specialist — Inbound Support

Natural Factors is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Coquitlam, BC, to be the frontline resource for customers, consumers, and sales reps. You will resolve inquiries, manage accounts, and help maintain exceptional service that strengthens relationships and brand loyalty.

The role is permanent, full-time, on-site at 2000 Brigantine Dr., with an 8:00am–4:30pm schedule and a starting hourly rate of CAD 23.81–25.00.
