Bold Electric seeks an Electrical Operations Coordinator for its growing Residential Division. This leadership-focused role suits a Journeyperson Electrician with field experience and strong organizational skills. You will help coordinate schedules, project resources, customer relationships, and operational needs while staying connected to crews and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan daily and weekly schedules for field crews
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and procurement requirements
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets
- Support Lead Electricians with technical and operational needs
- Conduct site visits and quality assurance reviews
Requirements:
- Journeyperson Electrician Certification
- Valid driver's licence and clean driver's abstract
- Strong residential electrical construction knowledge
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
