Job description
Build Human Resources experience at Victaulic in Brampton, supporting recruiting, employee engagement, and benefits administration onsite full-time.
This full-time contract runs from May 2027 to August 2027. You will support the Human Resources Team across the employee lifecycle, including wellness, benefits, recruiting, orientation, onboarding, and administration. The internship serves Manufacturing, Fabrication, Warehouse, Customer Care, and Sales Admin teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support wellness and benefits program administration
- Help plan employee engagement activities and events
- Assist with full-cycle recruiting and candidate communication
- Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding
- Maintain files, prepare reports, and track HR metrics
Requirements:
- Entering final year of Human Resources, Business Administration, or related study
- Office, customer service, or administrative experience
- Strong professional and confidential communication skills
- Organization, attention to detail, and priority management
- Microsoft Office proficiency and onsite availability
