Restaurant Operations Manager

Restaurant operations management demands budgeting expertise and staff supervision. This permanent English position involves 40 hours weekly across daily service activities.

The Restaurant Manager requires two years to less than three years of experience, plus a one- to two-year college, CEGEP, or non-university certificate or diploma. You will evaluate operations, manage labour costs, and implement service procedures. The position also covers recruiting, scheduling, training, and supervising five to ten people.

• Analyze budgets to maintain restaurant profits
• Plan and organize daily restaurant operations
• Recruit, schedule, train, and supervise staff
• Evaluate operations and monitor staff performance
• Manage inventory, suppliers, events, and customer concerns

Requirements:

• Two years to less than three years’ experience
• One- to two-year college or equivalent education
• Experience working in this field
• Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
• Criminal record check required
