The Electronics Buyer manages purchasing activity for components, PCB assemblies, cables, connectors, semiconductors, and related materials. This position requires supply management knowledge, purchasing process expertise, and cost reduction awareness. Daily work combines supplier communication, inventory control, ERP and MRP systems, and detailed analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze backlog reports and prioritize production requirements
• Coordinate suppliers and stakeholders on timely delivery
• Resolve shortages through alternate delivery options
• Evaluate supplier performance and market trends
• Improve procurement processes and purchasing data accuracy

Requirements:

• Education in supply chain, business, or related discipline
• Manufacturing or distribution purchasing experience
• Knowledge of supply management and purchasing processes
• Advanced data analysis and reporting skills preferred
• Ability to negotiate favorable supplier terms
