Supported Living Services Supervisor

Lead supported living services at Inclusion Langley Society using person-centered planning and positive behavioral support strategies. This is temporary full-time work in Langley.

As Supervisor, Supported Living Services, you will lead daily operations supporting adults with developmental disabilities. The position coordinates services with families, CLBC representatives, community partners, and agency staff. You will supervise Community Support Workers, oversee plans, and support quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, coach, and supervise Community Support Workers
• Coordinate daily operations, safety, compliance, and quality standards
• Oversee person-centered support plans and evaluations
• Collaborate with families, professionals, and community partners
• Manage documentation, staffing, budgets, incidents, and accreditation requirements

Requirements:

• Diploma in Community Social Services or related field
• Three years supporting developmental disabilities, including complex needs
• Two years of supervisory or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of community inclusion and positive behavioral support
• Valid Class 5 license, vehicle, and required certifications
