Field Inventory Operations Associate

Support customer inventory operations as a Field Operations Associate II with Grainger, using service, technology, and problem-solving skills onsite. Travel between designated customer locations while maintaining accurate stock levels and service standards.

Grainger seeks a Field Operations Associate II to support customers managing inventory and operations. The work combines customer service, inventory management, technology use, and collaboration with sales and cross-functional partners. You will service routes, address customer problems, and help execute inventory projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and stock products at designated customer locations
• Scan depleted inventory and maintain proper stocking levels
• Verify product labeling and quantities on hand
• Collect inventory data and support KeepStock implementation
• Collaborate with sales partners to improve customer experience

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Three or more years in customer service or selling
• Comfort using technology daily
• Strong judgment and independent problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel and meet customer site safety requirements
