Proposal Coordinator Calgary

Coordinate RFPs, RFQs, tenders, and quotations with Centurion Canada Ltd. in Calgary, using strong organization and commercial awareness. This is full-time and permanent.

As a Proposals and Estimating Coordinator, you will support submissions across Centurion Canada Ltd.'s rental and services operations. You will work with Sales, Operations, and Management to gather pricing, equipment specifications, labour requirements, and supporting information. The role emphasizes accuracy, deadlines, and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate RFP, RFQ, tender, bid, and quotation submissions
• Review requirements, specifications, terms, deadlines, and documentation
• Gather pricing and operational information from internal stakeholders
• Prepare cost estimates, pricing schedules, and commercial quotations
• Maintain bid records, templates, portals, and follow-up activities

Requirements:

• Post-secondary Business Administration or Commerce education preferred
• Proposal coordination, estimating, tender, or sales administration experience
• Oil and gas, industrial, rental, or construction experience preferred
• Strong Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams proficiency
• Excellent organization, communication, discretion, and deadline management
