Overnight Pediatric Nurse Supervisor RN

Lead overnight pediatric and geriatric care across Toronto and the GTA using nursing assessment, clinical guidance, and staff coaching. This full-time field position requires driving.

As Overnight Field Nurse Supervisor, you provide clinical oversight for community clients and support families and field staff. The Care Company’s home-based service combines client assessments, individualized care plans, quality assurance, compliance, and staff management. Teaching, coaching, and mentorship are significant components of the position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee overnight care for pediatric and geriatric clients
• Visit homes, assess care, and update care plans
• Provide clinical guidance to overnight field staff
• Train, coach, and mentor caregivers and field staff
• Complete audits, evaluations, reports, and quality reviews

Requirements:

• Four years minimum nursing experience
• Two years complex paediatric care experience
• Registered Nurse certificate and CNO registration in good standing
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive at night
• Complex care experience including tracheostomy, ventilation, suctioning, and tube feeding
