This full-time, in-office role will support the Estimating and Project Management team's growth across Canada. You will manage installation projects from bid through execution, coordinating resources and overseeing performance while maintaining strong communication with clients. This position integrates project management with civil construction principles to enhance project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate, competitive bids aligned with project scope
• Manage billing, invoicing, and project documentation
• Facilitate project kickoff and site meetings professionally
• Monitor project budgets and implement financial controls
• Act as liaison between owners, contractors, and teams
Requirements:
• Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Construction Engineering
• 3-5 years' experience in civil construction or highway infrastructure
• Previous experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager
• Proficient with Bluebeam and Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel 10% for project needs
