Business Analysis Advisor / Conseiller(ère) en analyse d'affaires

The client is looking for a business analysis advisor for the manufacturing workstream of the GPAP Modernization, on the client Funds account administration ecosystem. This is an expert-advisor and content role: the person defines needs, analyzes and models processes, documents issues and solution options, then translates requirements for development teams. They work with the architecture disciplines and support the business architect of their domain. The mandate stresses managing a very large number of stakeholders in an often uncertain or ambiguous context, which makes interpersonal skills essential. The form specifies no degree, no number of years and no assets.

Candidate sought: a business analyst who has led end-to-end analyses in a project context, from needs gathering to handing requirements to developers, with process modeling deliverables visible on the resume. Advisory experience with multiple business partners, within a transformation program, sets the target profile apart.
