This Business Analyst supports Regional Care Integration initiatives through strategic analysis and stakeholder collaboration. You will interpret clinical, financial, workforce, and operational data to inform service planning and continuous improvement. The work includes reporting, business cases, performance metrics, and briefing materials for leadership.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
• Five to seven years of related recent experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience preparing leadership reports and recommendations
• Knowledge of healthcare systems, databases, and reporting tools
