JD Development Group seeks a PDI Coordinator for its residential communities in Ontario. This six-month contract connects construction teams with homebuyers during the final stage before closing. You will schedule and conduct walkthroughs, document deficiencies, support Tarion processes, and report closing readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule PDI appointments with purchasers, supervisors, and customer care
• Conduct walkthroughs and explain home features and maintenance
• Record deficiencies, assign trades, and track completion
• Maintain organized PDI records, photos, and homeowner files
• Prepare reports covering upcoming PDIs and closing readiness

Requirements:

• Three or more years in construction, warranty, customer care, or site administration
• Hands-on PDI or deficiency management experience
• Working knowledge of Tarion warranty and PDI processes
• Ability to read construction drawings and understand building components
• Valid Ontario G licence and reliable vehicle
