Chemical Operations Site Manager

Lead chemical operations with safety, compliance, and facility management at Brenntag Canada. Drive reliable handling activities and timely product delivery.

As Site Manager, you supervise operations employees, plant assets, and manufacturing activities. You support Brenntag’s Core Values, customer requirements, service excellence, and corporate and local policies. The position reports to the Senior Operations Manager West and includes performance tracking, budgeting, and improvement planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a high performing Operations Team
• Manage facility and manufacturing activities
• Track site and project performance using KPIs
• Oversee continuous improvement projects through completion
• Ensure safe chemical handling and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

• Knowledge of provincial and federal chemical regulations
• Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint computer skills
• ERP experience, preferably SAP, is an asset
• Superior decision making and time management skills
• Superior leadership skills
