Blending Operator

With the continued growth of our business, we are seeking to hire a “Blending Operator ” to join our Production team on the morning shift.

Main Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

• Set up and operation of blending machines following specific procedures.
• Weigh, dispense and blend raw materials following specific procedures.
• Cleaning of equipment and machine parts following specific procedures.
• Reconcile production orders.
• Complete necessary paperwork.
• Assist in other areas of Production when required.

NOTE:

This position works with dusty powders; respirators and masks are provided for your safety.

Requirements:

• Able to lift, up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time.
• Able to work within a powder environment (PPE provided).
• Fluent in English, verbal and written.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment considered an asset.

Shift:

• Monday to Friday - 6:00am to 2:15pm

Hourly Rate:

• $19.87 to start, $21.91 after successfully completing a 3-month probationary period
