Temporary Distribution Center Lead Hand

Lead hands-on distribution operations for Munchkin, coordinating fulfillment, process execution, and frontline improvement as a temporary Lead Hand. Support consistent performance.

Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, this experienced operational leader supports management with team coordination and process optimization. The work spans omni-channel fulfillment, customer satisfaction, throughput efficiency, carrier operations, and distribution excellence across receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute established omni-channel fulfillment processes during volume fluctuations
• Coordinate teams, carriers, and internal departments
• Identify bottlenecks and support corrective actions
• Monitor operational KPIs, costs, and labor productivity
• Support Lean and Six Sigma improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two to four years of warehouse operations experience
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Software
• One year operating warehouse equipment and required certifications
• Knowledge of shipping, transportation, and omni-channel fulfillment
