Support resident wellbeing through recreation programming as a part-time, on-site Recreation Team Member at Arbour Trails in Guelph. Unscheduled hours include every other weekend.

Schlegel Villages is hiring two Recreation Team Members for the Village of Arbour Trails. You will facilitate group activities, document resident participation, engagement, and holistic wellbeing, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. The work supports a resident-centred social culture and high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on holistic recreational programming
• Facilitate group activities and recreation programs
• Document participation, engagement, and holistic wellbeing
• Support resident-centred social culture and customer service
• Work every other weekend

Requirements:

• Part-time, on-site availability with unscheduled hours
• Exceptional time management and collaboration skills
• Caring, respectful attitude toward residents and families
• Acceptable Tuberculosis screening before starting
• Recreation, leisure studies, or gerontology diploma considered an asset
