Warehouse Quality Specialist SAP MARC

Lead warehouse quality processes at ABB in Bromont, using SAP and MARC to manage material damage, traceability, and case closure onsite. French and English communication is mandatory for internal clients and partners outside Quebec.

This specialist supports ABB’s Smart Power and Smart Building division in Canada. The position reports to the Electrification Customer Operations Manager and connects Warehouse Operations, Planning & Fulfillment, Commercial Operations, and Montreal Quality. It combines quality assurance, inventory management, logistics coordination, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate material damage and determine hold, return, or inspection actions
• Create quality cases with full traceability in SAP and MARC
• Coordinate defective product shipments to Montreal for analysis
• Manage repaired material returns and accurate system transactions
• Maintain ERP data and coordinate MARC-SAP deliveries

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or three years of similar experience
• Proficiency using MARC WMS, SAP, and relevant software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and task management abilities
• French proficiency and English for external Quebec communication
