Senior Conference Project Manager

Lead scientific conference projects at STEMCELL Technologies using project management and event planning expertise across North America. This fixed-term role ends approximately January 2028.

As Senior Conference Associate, you will manage exhibitor and sponsorship presence at assigned conferences. You will coordinate departments, management, and vendors while delivering event plans on time and within budget. The position requires strong communication, relationship-building, and business software skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish project plans, objectives, and end-to-end event logistics
• Coordinate internal teams, management, and external vendors
• Negotiate agreements and consult on event packages
• Identify project risks and report progress regularly
• Evaluate conferences and recommend future improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and two to six years’ relevant experience
• Master’s degree and one to four years’ relevant experience
• Strong project management and hands-on event planning knowledge
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to move items weighing at least 20 pounds
